Deletion is permanent. Take a moment to check what is removed and what NasGo is legally required to keep.

What gets permanently deleted

What NasGo keeps, and why

  • Booking and transaction data — 7 years (HMRC legal requirement)
  • Audio recordings — 7 days
  • Transcripts — 30 days

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is removed, it cannot be recovered.

Any active jobs or pending payments must be completed first.

Any pending payouts are processed before your account is removed.

    NasGo receives your request

    Sent the moment you submit the form or email.

    Your identity is verified within 24 hours

    A quick check that the request is genuinely yours.

    Your account is scheduled for deletion

    After any active jobs and pending payouts are settled.

    A confirmation email is sent

    So you know the deletion is under way.

    Your account is permanently deleted within 30 days

    Your profile and personal data are removed for good.

    Legally required data is retained per UK GDPR

    Only what the law requires NasGo to keep is kept.
