Terms of service.

By using NasGo you agree to these terms. They set out how the marketplace works for customers and providers. Last updated 12/07/2026.

1. Eligibility

To use NasGo, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Providers must complete identity verification, carried out through Stripe Identity, and provide the required compliance details (such as DBS and insurance information) before being allowed to accept jobs.

2. Account registration

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during signup.
  • Notify NasGo immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • One person or entity per account; sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited activities

  • Circumventing the marketplace by arranging payments outside NasGo.
  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Harassing or harming other users of the marketplace.
  • Using automated scripts or scrapers to collect data from the site.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsifying certifications.

4. Service provision

NasGo’s role

NasGo is a marketplace — it connects customers with vetted home service providers, but does not provide home services directly. Providers are not employees of NasGo, and NasGo is not responsible for their performance of the work.

5. Payment terms

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The customer pays when booking, and NasGo holds the funds securely until the job is completed and approved.

Providers

80% of job earnings, paid out after the completed job has been approved.

NasGo commission

20% commission on each completed booking. No listing fees, no monthly fees.

7. Limitation of liability

NasGo is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NasGo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace or from services provided by third-party professionals.
